Dubai's Elite Basement Oasis: Entertainment Meets Elegance

           Entertainment & Cinema Hall - Dubai: This project is a transformation of a 300 m2 basement situated adjacent to a garage for luxurious cars . Originally, the basement consisted of two halls, with only a spiral staircase for access. To breathe new life into the space, we knocked down the dividing wall between the hall and the garage. In its place, we installed curtain walls, offering a panoramic view of the exquisite cars while also allowing indirect sunlight to filter through during the day.

        The smaller of the two halls has been transformed into a home theater, luxuriously furnished with Minotti sofas, Henge side tables, and sophisticated table lamps. The larger hall has been redesigned to serve as an entertainment space, complete with a seating area, dining section, bar and a gaming zone. Here, guests can indulge in games on the Vismara table, watch TV, or engage in a game of chess. Amidst these activities, the breathtaking view of the luxury cars and upscale furniture ensures a rich visual experience.

         The garage benefited from a makeover too – it now boasts elegant wall cladding, staircases on either side of the ramp, and decorative plants and lights, all of which come together to create a grand entrance for both guests and homeowners.
